Management
Becoming an Omni artist is a process. We select artists for the Omni roster carefully, because we recognize how important this relationship is to both an artist and their management company. We will be investing a lot of time and effort in your career, and we want you to be as committed to music and as disciplined in taking care of your business as we are. We also want both sides to be completely comfortable with the working relationship.

Talent?
There are many talented musicians and bands making great music. Some of them will make it to the next level; most will not. We feel that it is our responsibility to say "no" to artists that don't have that special spark that lights a fire in you the first time you hear them, see them perform, or speak with them in person. We know it can be hard to tell why one band makes it and another doesn't, and we accept that we will sometimes miss out on a rising star, but we owe it to our artists to be extremely careful in evaluating the artists we add to our roster.

Our goal is to work with artists who are committed to doing what it takes to get to the next level; we at Omni are committed to helping our family of artists achieve as much success as they can. Sometimes, that happens quickly. We've all heard the stories of artists getting major label deals within six weeks of signing with a management company. Most often, it takes longer than that. While patience is the key, once you are selected as an Omni artist, we will be working to get your music in front of the right people. One of the things that sets Omni apart from other agencies is that we optimize the knowledge of our team members and the long standing relationships we have in the industry.

Booking?
One thing Omni is not is a booking agency. However, we do work closely with the Mustang Agency, an independent agency. We lend our resources and relationships to Mustang to take maximum advantage of the strengths of both companies. For bands that are signed to Omni management agreements, we believe that it is a legal conflict of interest for us to be both your manager and your booking agent. Even though we don't book our artists, our managers will still work closely with you and Mustang to make sure your are getting the most out of your live shows.

In sum, our job is to provide a buffer between you and the rest of the music industry. We will work with all the members of your team - booking agents, attorneys, accountants, publicists, sponsors, record companies, photographers, and venues to maximize your opportunities.
